Final Tidy Game

For my game Tidy Game you will have to go through three levels. The first level is a maze in which you must go through to find 14 cubes. Their is one trap in the maze that will cause you to lose, so you must be careful. The second level you must collect five cubes. Each you will need to stand next to for a small period of time before you get to collect it. You can only bounce on the floating pieces of land. Once you fall on the main ground all you can do is roll. The final level is simple. You have to find the invisible square to get out. The key is the only way to win is to lose. You must fall out of the land for a While an then the invisible square that is under it will trigger the winning screen.
For controls you need to use the arrow keys to move the player ball around. If you want to restart the level then you have to press the r key. If you want to skip through the levels then you keep pressing the l key. Finally to leave the game all you have to do is press the escape key and you will be able to exit the game.

This is level two. Since the ball is on the floating ground the ball can bounce. But if it does goes to the main land then it can only role.

This is level one. The only way to win is by going through the maze and collecting all 14 cubes.

Level two

This is level two in the game. For my level three I wanted to build the land more upwards to add more dynamic to the game than just having ground.

Map

These two maps are from the games Zelda and Eternal Odysseys. The reason why I choose these as my reference pictures is because they both have a balance. The second map has a balance on high grounds, and mountains vs flat plains. The map is key to a game because it helps develop the story as well. For the first image I like all of the vegetation thats going on. It gives it that urban look and brings it back to nature, which my map has nothing like that on yet. I want to build something like these two maps that are balance and elaborate enough for the character to find not only different places, but also help progress the game along.
This is a map of my game, and what it looks like so far. I have some mountains and hill, and I also have another high terrain. What I also want to add are some plants on the ground as well to make it look realistic as well. For the three levels in my map what I want to o is make it progressively harder as the player advances. This map would be like a level two. I want to take ideas from the terrain of Zelda, because it has a lot of things in common with what I want to try and build. Which is a landscape that the players can use their favor if they know how to use it.
The texture for my block.

This is my map once I added the texture.

Drakon & The City of Apollo Walk throught

This is the title screen. Here you would either pick to continue the game or to start a  new one.
Before starting the game, go get to pick the class you want to belong to.
You start off in your room.
To help you along the best thing to do is to open the chest that is in your room and get gems. You will start of with a sword but you can then buy a new weapon.(when you earn enough gems).
When you get out of your house talk to the old man. He will direct you to the Kings home.
Next to the blacksmith is the kings home, enter in and move into his room.
The king is in trouble so you must help him. Destroy the blob monster and then talk to the king.
Once you killed the blob monster. The king will give you a quest to save the city of Apollo.
Go to the monster area thats on your right, go in and fight as many creatures as you can to collect gems, and change your weapon.
If you go in to the monster area, go to the upper right corner of the land and you'll find a chest.
The chest will contain enough gems to move on to the second monster area.
The second monster area is on the left side of the town.
Kill the new and improve difficult creatures so that you can get 100 gems.
Once you have enough gems go towards your house. In the back there should be a tree that is half broken. This is the gate way to the old Apollo city that once people lived in until dragons killed them all and took the land.

Go in and explore the houses. Kill some dragons, and get 150 gems. Go into the house with the door on it, and to talk to the last survivors of the city.

Here they tell you that if you don't destroy the mother of dragons then, the new city of Apollo will fall forever.
Get out of the old house and go back to the town. The land of dragons is on the bottom of the town. Make sure to go to the blacksmith and get a potion, trust me you'll need it.

Go in and kill the four elite original dragons of earth, fire, water, and air.
Finally kill the mother of Dragons to win the game.

2d RPG latest update

This is the last level of the game. Its known as the land of the dragons. In it you must destroy the baby dragons and the mother of dragons. Upon defeating her you will win the game. Write now the level is easy however it will get harder once the coding is done for it. I will make it so that the mother of dragons will fight back, and when she is getting hurt, her baby dragons will come out to kill you making, the boss level harder to win.

second update of 2dRPG game

So far what I have been able to accomplish is the remodeling of the tree and a new blob creature. I have made a new monster area so that it can be a level two. I'm also going to be making a final level where the boss will be so that once you have beaten it, the game has been won. I'm also trying to develop more the plot of the story so that when the game is won their would be more meaning than just playing to win the game. One of the game that I am trying to take inspiration from is dungeons and dragon. The only difference is my story line and game play. Each monster area is like a room in dungeons and dragon were each monsters is different and their health is different as well.

What I am hoping to accomplish with this game is that to start off there will be a character selection. Where you will be able to pick a class that you want to be in. You will then go to the kings castle where he will tell you what's going on, and what quest he wants you to do. After words after fighting in the first monster area and opening the chest you'll then be able to make it to level two of the monster area. Then once you get the seconded chest you will also get a another life so that you can increase your heart. To finish the game you travel to a new realm which is the future if you don't destroy the red dragon. Upon figuring in that out you go to the last monster area to fight the monster to either win or lose.

To do this what I need to accomplish in order to finish the game are three main things. One is that I need to make the future world of what can happened. That way I can develop the story. The second thing that I also need to work on is the last monster area where you'll need to fight the boss to win the game. And the last thing that I need to work on is the new characters that the player can be. Once I have that completed this then i'll be able to finish the game.

Roll-a-ball Tutorial

This is the Roll-a-ball Tutorial that I have finished making. Its a simple game to collect the floating squares but it takes a lot to make this simple game, and showed me how to better understand the physics part in Unity.
