For
my game proposal what I was thinking of doing first was adding a story for the
game. When playing I found it boring playing a game with a small plot and not
having the joy of accomplishing the objective. I was thinking of a story of a
dragon slayer. The main player would have to go through 3 different places to
collect pieces of jewels. So that when putting it together creates a key to a
cave to slay the red dragon (boss) that is terrorizing the kingdom. What would make the game more fun is if the player can only pick one weapon, and it can then be
powered up by the jewels the players collects when killing a monster. I found the game
to easy being able to pick any weapon. This way you can have character
classification (to add more to the game). I was also thinking to make armor
for protection. Just having three lives made it really annoying to lose to the
stupid bat. At least this way a player won’t die that quickly and can stay in
the different terrains. The armor will lower the attack point inflicted on the
player but the price to buy the armor will be expensive to balance the
gameplay. Finally I would also want to change the song because it is annoying
and it doesn’t really add to the experience of the game. The whole time I was
playing the game is was in must so by changing it and adding something more up
eat and fun might change the mood of the game.
